Responsible for building and leading a focused new business development team, including inbound, conversion, business development representatives, and sales executives.


  • Focus on achievement of new business revenue and client acquisition goals
  • Develop and implement sales strategy and processes to efficiently deliver best results
  • Effective pipeline management
  • Implement accurate tracking, analytics and forecasting tools and systems
  • Hire, develop and manage diverse teams
  • Collaborate with colleagues in marketing, product and wider commercial teams to ensure effective communication and maximum efficiency
  • Responsible for new business performance and sales pipeline development
  • Develop and implement action plans for targeting sales prospects and for penetrating new markets


  • 10 years’ experience in a new sales team management role
  • Proven track record of delivery new business objectives through successful management of diverse teams in a global SaaS environment
  • Excellent communications, leadership and negotiation skills
  • Experience selling enterprise business process outsourcing services to Fortune 2000 companies
  • Strong understand of SaaS sales process targeted to enterprise clients
  • Comprehensive understanding of contracts, negotiation techniques, and value-added propositions
  • Ability to recruit, train and implement scalable sales processes
  • Self-starter, with ability identify areas of opportunity for the business
  • Excellent team player and ability to generate a positive and productive sales team environment
